An appraisal is required in most situations by lenders and another variable to negotiate. We’ll guide you through every step.

    Closing & Keys: Finalizing steps with lenders and title and signing loads of paperwork. You’re almost there! This is when closing costs and down payments are made and then those keys are yours.
